Thank you for shopping with B Squared Apparel Plus! We are dedicated to delivering your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines and details below.
Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items: If your order includes custom, personalized, or made-to-order apparel/items, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active and scannable within 24–48 hours of shipment.
You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email or by logging into your customer account on our storefront.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
B Squared Apparel Plus is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as successfully "Delivered."
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
- Check with neighbors, family members, or your front desk/leasing office.
- Look around your delivery location thoroughly (porches, side doors, garages).
- Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
If it still hasn't arrived, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a missing package claim using your tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately at support@bsquaredapparelplus.com. If the package has already left our facility, we cannot change the destination, and a reshipment fee may apply if the package is returned to us.
