Returns & refunds
Returns & Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date your item was received to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please note that we do not accept returns for:
- Final sale items or gift cards.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Personal care goods, such as cosmetics or intimates.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bsquaredapparelplus.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@bsquaredapparelplus.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item in your email.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Delayed Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
